The Teodorico tourist village is 450 meters away. from the sea, adjacent to the pinewood of Punta Marina Terme, is composed of 225 modernly furnished villas that insist on an area of 49,000 square meters. The village is equipped with every comfort such as an adult pool of approx. 1,000 and children's pool of about 300 square meters; playground for children, large green areas for relaxation and a service center with exchange office, ticket office for theme parks in the area of Ravenna (Mirabiliandia, Fiabiliandia, Italia in Miniatura Acquafan) and assistance to all our guests. The village is completely fenced and inside has a numbered parking space for each villa. We accept pets.
For all our guests from May to September we offer beach service with umbrella and 2 sunbeds + small animation on the beach. Everything is included in the price of the stay.
All the villas have a washing machine and a TV. Each villa has a private garden with a 7 sqm patio and an outdoor table with garden chairs.
