Punta Marina Terme Punta Marina Terme has wide sandy beaches and a large pine forest where you can go mountain biking and jogging, following the many running tracks. For lovers of sports in the great outdoors, there are horseriding facilities and tennis courts, swimmingpools and skating rinks.

Punta Marina can also boast a long tradition in the field of sailing, and has the largest marina of the Adriatic Sea with about 3000 boat berths (Marinara). As well as being a tourist resort, Punta Marina Terme is also a modern spa town which specialises in the treatment of rheumatic and respiratory diseases with the use of thalassotherapy - treatments which employ the beneficial properties of the sea.

The holiday village Teodorico is located 450 metres from the sea, next to the pine forest of Punta Marina Terme . It is made up of 225 small cottages which are all modernly furnished. The total area of Teodorico Village is 49,000 square metres. The village has every comfort such as a 1000m2 - swimming pool for adults and a 300 m2-swimming pool for children. It also has play-grounds, green areas for relaxation, a supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, bar and ice-cream shops. It also has various facilities including an exchange office, ticket offices for the theme parks in the area of Ravenna (Mirabilandia, Fiabilandia, Miniature Italy, and Acquafan) as well as a help desk for all our guests.

The village is in a compound protected by a fence, and within the compound there is a car park with a numbered parking space assigned to each house. For all our guests staying from March to Octo-ber, we have a service of organised entertainment with shows and performances, swimming pool games, aero-bics, Latin American dance, music and a Kids Club with many surprises awaiting the little ones (aged 3 to 12 years). The swimming pool is open from April to October.

The cottages are designed to sleep 4 people, and comprise the following:

Ground floor: (26 mq) living room with double sofa-bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and WC.
First floor: (10 mq) double bedroom and balcony measuring some 6 m².

All cottages are equipped with a washing machine.

Each cottage has a private garden with a patio measuring 7 m², barbeque and outdoor table with garden chairs
